  • Shipping terms, costs, and delivery times are determined by the individual vendor of the item.
  • Auction Club is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping services.

7. Prohibited Items

Users are prohibited from listing illegal goods, counterfeit items, or any products that violate Swiss regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Auction Club acts as a venue for auctions and is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, though we provide support to help resolve issues.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Basel, Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Basel.
