Why can’t I bid or buy?

There are several common reasons that may prevent you from bidding or buying on Auction Club. Here are the most important ones:

Your account is blocked:
Your account may be blocked if you have unpaid fees, an open dispute, or have violated the terms of use. Check your account status in your profile.
Seller restrictions:
The seller may have placed restrictions on their offers. For example, a seller might specify that bidding is only available to buyers from a certain country or who have a certain number of positive ratings.
Product restrictions:
Some products, such as alcohol or certain tools, may have age restrictions. If your age has not been verified, you may not be able to bid.
Verification issues:
You may not be able to complete the purchase if your account has not been fully verified (e.g., phone number or email verification).
