Why You Might Not Be Receiving Invoices
If you are not receiving invoices from Auction Club, there could be several reasons. It is important to check for the following potential causes before you worry.
Potential reasons for not receiving invoices:
- You have not incurred any fees: The most common reason is that you have not successfully sold any items in the last billing period, and therefore, an invoice has not been generated. Remember that invoices are only issued when success commissions are incurred.
- The invoice has not been issued yet: Invoices are sent out monthly. If your transactions are recent, your invoice may still be in the process of being prepared.
- Email issues:
- Spam folder: The invoice notification email might have gone to your spam folder.
- Incorrect email address: Make sure that the email address registered in your account is correct and up-to-date.
- Your invoices are already in your account: Even if you don’t receive an email notification, you can always access your invoices directly from your account.

- Check your account: Log in to your account and go to the «My Invoices» section. If there are any fees due, you will find the invoice there.
