Seller Contact Information
For privacy and security reasons, the seller’s contact information is not publicly available. This information is shared between you and the seller only after a successful transaction is completed.
After completing the transaction
Once you win an auction or purchase a product using the «Buy Now» option, you will be able to access the seller’s contact details. You will find this information in two places:

In the purchase confirmation email:
An automated email will be sent to you confirming the purchase. This email contains the seller’s name and contact information to complete payment and shipping.

In your account:
You can also find the contact information on your «My Purchases» page within your personal account. Find the product you purchased and click on its details to find the seller’s data.
Why isn’t the contact information available beforehand?
This policy is in place to ensure the protection of all Auction Club users. It ensures:

It protects your personal data and the seller’s data from any unwanted use.

It prevents transactions made outside the platform, which are not covered by our protection and security system.
