To benefit from MoneyGuard protection, you must pay using the payment methods integrated into the Auction Club platform. This ensures that the payment is correctly registered and documented.
Payment methods covered by the protection:
- Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard
- Twint: The popular instant payment app
Payment methods not covered:
MoneyGuard protection does not cover payments made outside of the Auction Club platform, which include:
- Direct bank transfers (e-banking) to the seller’s account.
- Cash on delivery or pickup.
