Purchase Deadlines
The Auction Club platform sets clear deadlines for the purchasing process to ensure that transactions are completed smoothly and quickly. Here are the most important deadlines you must adhere to as a buyer:

1. Mutual Communication: 7 Days
Both the buyer and the seller must communicate with each other within 7 days of the auction’s end. The seller usually provides the payment information (such as the bank account number) during this period, which allows you to pay without further contact.

2. Payment: 14 Days
The amount transferred by you must be credited to the seller’s account within 14 days of you receiving the payment information. If payment is made in cash upon pickup, the pickup date must be agreed upon within 7 days and the pickup itself must take place within 14 days of the purchase date.

3. Buyer Protection Request: 30 to 60 Days
If the item is not delivered despite payment being completed, you can submit a buyer protection request. This request must be submitted within a period of 30 to 60 days from the date of purchase.
