If the seller has not responded shortly after the purchase, it’s natural to feel frustrated. Don’t worry, there are steps you can take to resolve the issue:

1. Send a reminder message through the platform

  • Wait a little:

    Give the seller a few days to respond, as they might be busy or on vacation.

  • Send a polite message:

    Use the platform’s messaging system to send a polite reminder message. Ask for payment and shipping details in it.

2. Report the issue to Auction Club

If you do not receive any response from the seller after 7 days from the date of purchase, you must report the issue to the Auction Club support team.

  • Do not pay:

    Do not send any money to the seller until you have communicated with them and received full payment details.

  • Use the contact form:

    Go to the help and support section of the platform and look for the form to report seller issues. Provide all the necessary details about the transaction.

The support team will take on the task of contacting the seller on your behalf to resolve the problem.
