MoneyGuard protection is automatically applied to your purchases if you follow the correct steps. It’s simple; all you need to do is complete the purchase and pay through the platform.
Steps to follow:
- Find eligible items: Make sure the item you want to buy is eligible for protection. There is often a special MoneyGuard icon or badge on the listing.
- Complete the purchase: Either by winning the auction or making a direct purchase («Buy It Now»).
- Pay through the platform: This is the most important step. Use one of the available payment methods integrated into the Auction Club platform (such as Visa, Mastercard, or Twint).
- Receive protection automatically: Once the payment is confirmed through the platform, MoneyGuard protection is automatically activated for your transaction.
