Sending a Payment Reminder
If the buyer has not paid for the item on time, you can send them a formal reminder email on behalf of Auction Club. This feature helps you officially remind the buyer to pay without having to write the message yourself.
How to send the reminder

Go to the «My Sales» section:
After logging in, navigate to the «My Sales» section in your account.

Select the sale:
Find the product that has not been paid for.

Send the reminder:
If enough time has passed since the end of the auction (usually a few days), an option to send a «Payment Reminder» will appear. Click on it to send the reminder.
Once you click this option, a standard, neutral reminder email will be sent to the buyer, reminding them of the payment deadline. This step is an official part of the sales process.
