Completing the Payment After Purchase

After you win an auction or purchase a product using the «Buy Now» option, the payment process is handled directly between you and the seller. Here’s how to complete the payment easily:

Steps for payment

  • Check the payment information:

    After the purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming your win. This email contains all the necessary seller information to complete the payment, such as their bank account number (IBAN) or PayPal address. You can also find these details in the «My Purchases» section of your account.

  • Choose the appropriate payment method:

    Your choice depends on the methods the seller specified in their listing. The most common methods are:

    • Bank Transfer: Transfer the amount directly to the seller’s account.
    • Online Payment: Such as using TWINT or PayPal, if the seller accepts them.
    • Cash Payment: If the seller allows for personal pickup of the product.
  • Complete the payment:

    Make the payment as soon as possible. When making a bank transfer, be sure to include the item number and your username in the payment reference, as this helps the seller quickly identify your transaction.

  • Payment time:

    Adhere to the payment deadline specified by the seller in their listing (usually within 7 days).

  • Communication:

    If you have any questions about the payment, contact the seller directly via the Auction Club messaging system.

Once the seller confirms receipt of the payment, they will ship the item to you.
