2. Understanding the Product Listing

Before you buy or bid, pay close attention to these details:

• Description and Photos:

  Read the seller’s full description and examine all photos. This will give you information about the item’s condition, features, and any potential flaws.

• Price:

  For Auctions: Pay attention to the starting price and the current bid. For «Buy Now»: The listed price is the fixed price for the product.

• Shipping Costs:

  Be sure to review shipping and delivery costs. These are added to the item’s price.

• Payment Methods:

  Check what payment methods the seller accepts (e.g., bank transfer, online payment, cash on pickup).

• Seller’s Ratings:

  Look at the seller’s ratings. A high rating gives you greater confidence in the seller and the reliability of the transaction.

3. Placing a Bid or Buying

For Auctions: To place a bid, enter the amount you’re willing to pay. You can also use the «Maxbid» feature. Enter the highest amount you are willing to pay, and the system will automatically increase your bid incrementally to stay ahead of others, without exceeding your set limit. You’ll receive a notification if you’re outbid.

For «Buy Now»: If the product is available with the «Buy Now» option, you can purchase it instantly at the fixed price. Just click the button to complete the purchase.

4. Completing the Transaction

After you win the item (or buy it with «Buy Now»):

• Payment:

  You’ll receive an email from the seller with their payment details (e.g., IBAN). Make the payment within the specified period.

• Shipping:

  Once the seller confirms receipt of the payment, they will ship the item to you.

5. Ratings

After you receive the product and check its condition, it’s important to leave a rating for the seller. Ratings help build a trustworthy community on Auction Club.
