Late Payment Fees («Mahngebühren»)
Late payment fees («Mahngebühren») are charged when an overdue invoice is not paid on time, even after reminders have been sent. These fees are considered a penalty for delayed payment and are added to cover the administrative costs of the debt collection process.
How the fees are applied:
- Monthly invoice: A monthly invoice is issued for all of your fees.
- First reminder: If the invoice is not paid by the due date, you will receive an initial payment reminder.
- Late payment fee applied: If the invoice is still not paid after the first reminder, a late payment fee will be applied to the total amount.
