Key Deadlines for Sellers

Adhering to deadlines is essential to ensure a successful selling experience and maintain an excellent reputation. These deadlines help you complete transactions smoothly and build trust with buyers.

1. Contacting the buyer after the auction ends

You should contact the buyer immediately after the auction ends or after the buyer clicks «Buy Now».

  • Deadline: Within 24 hours of the sale, the buyer should be able to find your payment information on the transaction page.
  • Tip: It is always a good practice to send a brief welcome message to confirm the purchase and clarify the next steps.

2. Awaiting payment from the buyer

Once the buyer receives the payment information, they are expected to complete the payment within a reasonable period.

  • Deadline: Auction Club gives the buyer a grace period of up to 7 days to complete the payment.
  • Tip: If payment is not received after 7 days, you can send a reminder email through your «My Selling» section.

3. Shipping the product after receiving payment

Once you receive payment from the buyer, you should ship the product as soon as possible.

  • Deadline: It is recommended to ship the product within two to three business days of receiving payment.
  • Tip: If there are any potential shipping delays (such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances), please inform the buyer as soon as possible. Open communication prevents misunderstandings and improves their experience.
