Reporting an Offer

If you find an offer that violates the platform’s rules, such as selling prohibited products or providing a misleading description, you can report it directly from the product page. Reporting offers helps maintain the safety of our community.

Steps to report an offer

Go to the offer page:
Navigate to the page of the product you want to report.
Click on the «Report» option:
You usually find this option in a prominent place on the page, such as next to the product image or below the description, and it may be in the form of a link or icon named «Report this offer» or «Report».
Choose the reason for the report:
A list of possible reasons will be displayed. Choose the most appropriate reason for your situation, such as:
- Prohibited item.
- Misleading or incorrect description.
- Listed in the wrong category.
Submit the report:
After choosing the reason, confirm the report.

Note: Your report will be completely confidential. The seller will not be able to know your identity. The Auction Club support team will review the report and take the necessary action.
