Price Proposals
The price proposals feature allows you to negotiate a lower price for a product listed with a fixed price («Buy Now»). It’s a great way to get a better deal.
How to send a price proposal

Find the product:
Find the product you want to buy. It must have a «Buy Now» option and a «Send Price Proposal» button.

Enter the amount:
Click the «Send Price Proposal» button and enter the amount you propose.

Submit the proposal:
Click «Submit».
What happens after you send a proposal?
After sending your proposal, the seller has several options:

Accept the proposal:
If the seller accepts your proposal, the purchase will be completed automatically at the price you proposed, and you will be obligated to pay that amount.

Decline the proposal:
The seller can decline your proposal without any further obligation.

Make a counter-offer:
The seller can offer you a new price (a counter-offer). You can then either accept or decline this price.
Remember that the price proposal you send is binding. If the seller accepts it, you are committed to buying the item. You have a limited number of proposals you can send for each item.
