Request a new activation code
Don’t worry, if you have lost your activation code or did not receive the letter, you can easily request a new one.
Steps to request a new activation code

Log in to your account:
Go to the Auction Club website and log in to your account.

Go to account settings:
Click on your name at the top, then select «Account Settings».

Request a new code:
On the settings page, look for the option to request a new activation code or resend the code.
A new code will be sent by mail to your registered address. Please note that the new code will invalidate the old one, so only use the most recent code. The letter may take a few business days to arrive.
